Kelvin brings a background in stage performance, storytelling and business leadership. He built the academy's corporate training arm and has led its expansion across multiple centres, overseeing operations, franchisee onboarding and trainer development.

Lukas is a dedicated educator with over fifteen years of experience in coaching competitive speakers, developing trainers, and building school-based communication programmes across Southeast Asia. He shapes Speech Academy Asia's teaching standards and curriculum design.
